The Keys

Challenge:
To re-launch to market a 72 luxury villa development in Quinta Do Lago, Portugal

Insight:
Set in the exclusive Quinta do Lago, in the Algarve, The Keys really is no ordinary development. Almost fully built, The Keys is like few other luxury holiday or second home developments around the world. It is breathtaking. Our job was to administer an image re-boot to enhance the seductiveness/glamour of the resort.

Strategy:
The Keys’ strong advantage was that it was near completion and architecturally stunning. To say it is the perfect setting for the rich and famous is an understatement. We created the concept of ‘THE STAGE IS SET’. Referencing the socialite photographer Slim Aarons, we commissioned an extensive photo-shoot, recreating the decadent lifestyle of the affluent California beach/pool side manors in the 50s and 60s. A broadsheet sized brochure was designed in the style of a look-book along with website and on and offline ad campaign in the more affluent media outlets, all of which coincided with a high profile launch event at the Keys.

Results:
With confidence restored in The Keys, the uplift has been enormous with several high profile celebrities buying and an ever increasing number of deposits laid down. Phase #2 of an extended campaign will commence in spring of 2016. Watch this space…
